 BIRD WATCHING TOURS

This is the first bird watching tour in Manuel Antonio. The tour starts very early in the morning to enjoy the bird’s early activity or in late afternoon, where you’ll spot many different exotic species that reside within the nature reserve.

Approximately 150 species nest around the area, depending on the season and climate conditions, such as Trogons, Robins, Warblers, Tanagers, Hummingbirds, Woodpeckers, Mot-Mot and many more. Each species has a very specific function within the forest’s eco-balance, pollination, spreading seeds, etc. and you will have the chance to learn all about it.

LENGTH OF TOUR: 2-3 Hours
WHAT TO BRING:

  • Cool comfortable clothes, hiking shoes,
  • hat, sun block,
  • insect repellent,
  • binoculars and camera.
